Recurso de súplica.
La demanda se rechazó porque el actor no la corrigió en los términos indicados en el auto inadmisorio, de modo que persistía el incumplimiento de los presupuestos argumentativos en lo que atañe al concepto de violación, circunstancia que impidió dar paso a un debate constitucional de fondo.
Por no haber demostrado yerro o arbitrariedad dentro del ejercicio de calificación de la demanda adelantado por el magistrado sustanciador, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR por improcedente el recurso deprecado.

- PRIMERO. RECHAZAR por improcedente el recurso de súplica presentado contra el Auto del 18 de septiembre de 2023, proferido por el magistrado Juan Carlos Cortés González dentro del expediente D-15.448, el cual rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad del ciudadano Ernesto Matallana Camacho contra el artículo 92 (parcial) de la Ley 1474 de 2011.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de esta decisión al demandante, indicándole que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
- TERCERO. Ejecutoriada esta decisión, ARCHIVAR el expediente D-15.448.
